Today we’re reviewing the KYARA new electro pop single ‘Into The Dark’. The Sydney, Australia rising pop star just released the track today, November, 19th. Previously, we shared her debut single ‘Yearn’, which did very well! Following up that debut release, she kicked things up a notch with her synthwave pop anthem ‘Into The Dark’.
KYARA showcased all of her talents with ‘Into The Dark’, as she wrote it, recorded and produced it too. She managed to create a retro sort of 80’s synth sound, come across as a futuristic vibe here. The electro pop song has a real and authentic feeling to it through KYARA’s lyrics, and that vibrant saxophone solo. Her music feels very immersive, it pulls you in to the feelings she’s having. This song touches on feelings of heartbreak, and fear of abandonment. Thoughts of loneliness are something everybody can relate to. When an artist is vulnerable and puts herself out there like this, it often connects to fans and people in a very real, authentic way.
