MuzicNotez: First off, it’s an honor to be doing this interview with you, thanks for taking the time to sit down with us.
What motivated you to start creating music? What age did you begin?
- Walters Fall: I started making music when I was about Fourteen I formed my first band than Milkman. Jr. What motivated me to start creating was Kurt Cobain actually. Yes I’m a 90’s kid!
MuzicNotez: Who were your musical influences, idols, or bands growing up that have helped mold you into the musician you are today? Or helped mold the music that you create?
- Walters Fall: Obviously Kurt Cobain was one of my main influences, but there are a ton of others like Sublime, Chris Cornell and Aaron Lewis. Just to name a few.
MuzicNotez: What’s the ultimate goal you want your music to achieve, or for you to achieve in your career as a musician? Any particular message you wish to send?
- Walters Fall: Well my main goal is to become as successful as I can and be the best version of myself musically, and use that success to help my program that I founded and run called “The Guitars For Kids Program” I have established a list of under privileged kids and kids that have been affected by domestic violence and such, I take donated guitars and give them to the kids on my list who other wise wouldn’t have music in their lives. I believe every kids should be blessed with the gift of music. If anyone is interested in learning more about it there is a Facebook page set up.
MuzicNotez: What’s the latest release of yours? Tell us about it.
- Walters Fall: My latest release is an acoustic solo track called “Slipped Away” I wrote this particular song as kind of a reflection of being trapped in your own head and depression!
