There is no doubt that FLOW is comprised of real all stars in the music industry. Between the guitarist Will Ackerman, pianist Fiona Joy, guitarist Lawrence Blatt, Trumpet/Flugelhorn player Jeff Oster and various guests, they have some impressive accolades. Individually they have won countless awards, even a Grammy. Now that they’ve teamed up, there’s no telling what they can accomplish together. They’re nominated for a lot of awards already, and just won ‘Best Contemporary Instrumental Album’ and ‘Album of the Year’ at the Zone Music Awards in New Orleans.
Aside from perfectly describing how beautifully their music flows through our ears, the name FLOW is an acronym of the band members names (Fiona/Lawrence/Oster/Will).
