Straight out of Nashville, Oddnote is a gritty new rock band, with a classic old soul. The frontman, Arman Asadsangabi, formed the band in the summer of 2017 when he found Joseph Downing, Rocko Beall, Nick Huff and Matthew Millstein. Soon after forming, they hit the Nashville DogFox studio to create the debut, self titled, 15 track album.
The band may be new, and the album may be their first, but you wouldn’t guess that when you hit play. The sound is unique, production is high quality and passion drips from every riff and every note. This has to be one of my favorite releases in some time.
But we weren’t just blessed to receive the debut album, they just dropped the official music video for ‘Money Comes, Money Goes’ which you can enjoy below. The psychedelic, trippy visuals, perfectly reflects the bands old soul sound. Can’t wait to see what’s next for this band!
