The Australian rock band Moscato started out as many bands do, a couple of friends just jamming out. Founders Jo and Monkey (Adrian) soon realized there was more to it than just a jam session, so they soon joined forces with Erin to transform their duo into a trio.
Beyond the music though, Moscato helps raise awareness for Auto Immune Disorders, donating all of their proceeds to Arthritis QLD. The original singer Jo suffers from auto immune disorders, leading to Erin taking over as lead vocalist.
In 2014 the trio met bassist Kerin Shaw and vocalist Kristen Anderson whom also joined the band. Now at full strength, Moscato was ready to record the new EP to be named ‘UNSHINY’. The duo vocal harmonies between Erin and Kristen are anything but “unshiny” as they shine through. The whole band jams together effortlessly, creating that smooth Moscato sound.
Luckily for us all, they’re just finishing up their new EP now too, we can’t wait to hear it, and you can be sure to find it here!
