Tavita Williams, aka Teezie is a hip hop artist born and raised in Greensboro, Alabama. He now resides in Boston, MA and has been a solo artist for 5 years. He has been focused on making music since the age of 16 already, so about half his life now. He makes his own beats and writes his own rhymes.
Teezie has released a ton of music and it keeps coming. He’s hard at work grinding to reach his dreams of being heard around the world. I particularly enjoy Teezie’s single ‘Overdose’ released about a month ago. The song has a steady low key beat and perfect rhythm to match the depth of the subject matter. Then the chorus comes in with a female singer and her beautiful voice which fits in perfectly.
It’s always amazing how music can turn some tough times in to good times, and I’m sure this song was pretty therapeutic for not only Teezie, but a lot of people whom listen to it.
