Daxton Monaghan is a blues/rock singer song writer from the Central Coast. Daxton can be best described as a fun laid back guy who can bellow out great blues songs, with a stomp box and guitar there’s not much he can’t do.
He has performed shows In Nashville & Hollywood and has more than four albums to his name. Daxton has become runner up in the ISC (international song competition) and can be heard on YouTube or iTunes. Daxton’s influences are numerous, ranging from Tom Waits, Captain Beef Heart, The Black Keys, and many more.
His latest release is the official music video for the single ‘Highway One’. This track is the title track off of his rock n’ roll EP. The track definitely embodies the perfect driving down a highway kind of sound. It invokes feelings of summertime driving with the windows down and wind blowing in your hair.
