Rick Shaffer’s long career started out as a founding member of the group ‘The Reds’. They then went on to have a successful career and received critical acclaim internationally. Rick’s solo career started in 2010 when he released ‘Necessary Illusion’. He has released 4 albums since including his latest in 2014 ‘Misadventure’.
The music video above is for the second track on Misadventure ‘Some Say’. The main vision Rick Shaffer had for his ‘Some Say’ video was to create something layered, and very dense. Combined with a visual that moves chaotically back and forth, and a rhythm that takes the viewer off-guard at first, with a decent that ends right back at the beginning, as the lyric tells us, “We haven’t learned”.
