With dance-pop still the norm in the charts, Rodwell remains a nice break from the grind with his singer-songwriter approach, this time ditching the acoustic in favour of effective piano.
The vocal and major chords stand the test of multiple listens, and it’s yet another sign that Rodwell’s ‘Shadowman’ album is well worth a listen – especially with the promise of one or two darker tracks during the run time.
