Acapella group release new album #LoveInEvolution on January 22nd Sweet Honey in the Rock are a Grammy nominated all female Acapella group that have been creating music with historical connotations since 1973. They blend various genres including jazz, blues, soul, gospel and African chants to create their completely original sound. After some change over in vocalists throughout the years, the group currently includes 4 singers named Louise Robinson, Carol Maillard (both founding members), Nitanju Bolade Casel and Aisha Kahlil. In addition to the singers Shirley Childress has been working with the group since 1981 as an American Sign Language interpreter.
